Complaint Description and Writeup
Cedar Stone Park is a Town of Smyrna park on Morton Lane off of Almaville Road. It appears that the city has hired a contractor to change the flow of a wet weather stream that runs through part of the property. My question is does the Town have an ARAP Permit for such alteration? There is a wetland on the other side of the road which feeds this stream in the Winter and at other wet times of the year. In addition the stream will be changed from one that is tree lined to a ditch. *** BMY Update: A hydrologic determination was made prior to the alterations and watercourse had been determined to be a wet weather conveyance.
