Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Environmentalist conducted a site visit and spoke with person living in a trailer, Samatha Dorse. Environmentalist found a discharge hose laying on the ground with no indication sewage was on the ground. Mrs. Dorse told environmentalist she did run dishwater on the ground from another dishage hose.
Mrs. Dose told environmentalist they collected septage in a blue tote and carried it to a dumping station in a nearby town.
Environmentalist spoke with property owner, Tommy Sheetz and explained that they were in violation and that they could no longer continue the way they were managing their septage. Tommy Sheetz told they occupants of the trailer they could no longer stay in the trailer, but would have to stay in his home on the property.
