Mr. Matthew Rice, Erwin Utilities reported a 4-24-17 overflow at 400 Railroad St. Lot 15-Cleanout. The written report received on 4-27-17 indicated the overflow went from 1:00-11:00 AM with an estimated volume of 3,000 gallons. The cause was 3.4 inches of rain from 4-20-17 to 4-24-17 and a partial line obstruction. Clean-up was conducted with the application of lime.
