I've tried to attach a couple pictures. This is twice in as many weeks that the creek below Farmstead S/D on Beals Chapel Rd has been filled with this clay chart runoff. It's layering everything below the waterline. First occasion I reached out to the contractor directly, second time I'm reaching out to you. Is this something we are going to have to expect with this project or are they being negligent at this point?
