An area estimated to exceed an acre is graded with no erosion prevention and sediment control measures present. It appears that this is a utility installation with impacts estimated at 1000 linear feet. Can you investigate and determine if any permits exist for this area? I did not see any on the data viewer. It appears that there are potential impacts to the floodway as well.
