    Complaint Description and Writeup

several chemicals were sprayed on my property by the local electric company, and i am wondering if spraying before a heavy rain, and over standing water in my creek, was a violation of the chemical data sheets regulations.

when i questioned the contractor for the electric company i was told it was fine to spray them over water but i never received their "updated" data sheets showing approved uses over water as promised.

i know all the life in my creek was immediately destroyed after their spraying.

a representative for the electric company was on my property a few weeks ago purportedly to inspect a very old walnut tree they've killed with their "trimming", and once again i was told no glyphosate was sprayed, and he refused to confirm that my address is now on their do not spray list.

one of the three chemicals is pure glyphosate, so i find his assertions insulting. he flashed a grin when he refused to answer if i was now on the do not spray list, simply saying "we'll call." i have no idea what this means, i.e. if i miss the call, does my land get sprayed again?

the sad irony is my land had been completely bush hogged 10 weeks before their spraying, and no there was no "woody growth" present on any part of their right of way.

i had a creek full of tadpoles, and now i have None.

can you please advise re: the legal uses of these chemicals: rodeo 66.67%, arsenal AC 4.167%, and factor 16.67%. Specifically if they're legal to spray over water, and legal to spray right before a multi-inch rain that had been forecast for many days.

if it's not legal, can you help me secure my property on the do not spray list? do you have any suggestions for remediation? if they have violated the data sheet regulations, can they be made to remediate the area?

here's a picture i took of the area a few weeks ago. it's been 2 years and it still looks like this.
