Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
4-6-15: received phone call from Mr. Drumwright that drinking water in Mason, TN is yellow in color and his dog has become sick from drinking it. However, complainant was using phone of recently dismissed water plant operator to call in the complaint.
4/6/15: LEH visited WTP and met with Mr. Chip Pantel (newly hired operator), reviewed records, inspected clear well and tap water at City Hall. Plant operations and records appeared to be appropriate. Water was clear from tap and in clear well. Additionally, citizens present (2) at City Hall were asked about water quality/clarity/odor and they stated there were no issues with regard to these factors. However, one woman indicated she didn't think the water tasted as good as before.
4/8/15: LEH left voice mail with complainant informing him of results of 4/6/15 site visit and offering further assistance if problem persists.
