Complaint Description and Writeup

I am contacting you on behalf of the Cocke County Highway Commission. We are having a severe problem with a developer here in Cocke County. He is building homes for resale along a county road (Peace Road). There aren't any erosion control measures being used at all in the area and we are having to send out a crew out weekly to clean red clay mud and debris out of our drain tiles at the intersection of Peace Road and Green Acres Drive, as well as cleaning the mud and debris out of the roadway.

Any help you could give in this matter is greatly appreciated.
