Complainant sent the following via AskTDEC -Please investigate terry rainwaters in camden tn. He is selling clay and top soil off the farm he owns with sam rainwaters. He does not have permits. The first spot he started digging was 1351 liberty rd camden tn and now he has started digging in the 1800 block of liberty rd. There is serious run off that is draining into dry creek and cedar lake . He believes he is above the law . He owns rainwaters excavation LLC and is selling large portions of topsoil. He is causing run off onto adjoining properties. Please investigate. This information is true and accurate .the neighbors have complained for years but yet nothing has been done. Check with Colvia sand in camden tn and IPL in new johnsonville tn . They will have records of what he has sold them.
