Complaint Description and Writeup

31-JAN-14 Complainant called with concerns regarding her drinking water. She reported her and two friends had all had miscarriages within a period of a month. She was concerend with her water and wanted it sampled. She was not interested in contacting the Clarksville Water Department for fear of bias sample results. I arranged to meet her and the Clarksville Water Department to collect samples. MPM

03-FEB-14 Visited the complainats address to collect samples. Water looked and smelled normal. Samples collected and delivered to the state lab for analysis. MPM

11-FEB-14 All sample results from Clarksville and State lab within normal limits. No problem found. Response letter sent to complainant and copied to Clarksville. MPM
