7/1/24: Complainant stated that construction activity in MS is causing sediment issues in TN along Milton Drive (south of MCR and Fayette Trade along the stateline). Complainant also stated that culverts have been installed in a channel in MS that is causing flooding and drainage issues in TN. Complainant asked if TDEC and MSDEQ could look into the situation.
7/10/24: DKM and RJP1 investigated site. Found ditch along the south side of Milton Rd had been dammed with sticks and debris. Since the ditch is on the other side of the state line, the issue was referred to Ashley with MDEQ. -RJP1
