Complaint Description and Writeup
Investigated anonymous complaint September 3, 2024. Complainant states that a camper at 7023 Diamond Branch Road was discharging sewage from a camper onto the ground. I confirmed that the camper was discharging waste through a black hose that was laying on the ground in front of the camper. Processed NOV. I could hear music playing and an AC unit running. Camper was definitely occupied. Gray discharge exiting pipe on ground was observed but not seen in photos.
