    Complaint Description and Writeup

    5/31/2024 - RAB received email from well owner saying that well had collapsed and filled with mud and well owner wanted to make sure that the driller was a licensed driller. Based on information received from well owner, the well had been drilled by a registered operator of the driller in 2022, but no driller report was received. RAB emailed a request to the drilling company and another registered operator emailed the driller report to RAB and said that he or another operator would contact the well owner. RAB reviewed WaterLog and WellLog and determined that no NOI had been submitted prior to the well being drilled. A NOI fee payment was not received either.
    6/10/2024 - RAB - RAB emailed and mailed NOV.
    6/11/2024 - RAB - Chris Farmer, operator for licensed driller, emailed RAB to say that the NOI fee was mailed certified mail.
