Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Corey Click-DWR-Johnson City informed Ms. Sandra Vance (SKV) of Mr. Sell's sewer complaint. SKV contacted Mr. Sell on 4-14-20 and he reported that a sewage overflow had occurred at his property, 691 Claude Simmons Rd, Johnson City on 4-13-20. He also said the area had been covered with lime by City personnel. He further requested SKV come observe the area. SKV contacted Mr. Tracy Humphrey, City of Johnson City on 4-14-20. Mr. Humphrey indicated the area and the road were flooded and he could not tell if an overflow had occurred. City personnel picked up flooded debris from Knob Creek on Mr. Sell's property. Lime was then applied to the affected area. SKV contacted Mr. Sell on 4-15-20 and informed him of the preceding information. Mr. Sell inquired if SKV would come and observe the area. SKV informed Mr. Sell that she would not come to the area. The decision to not come to the area was due to COVID-19 virus restrictions and also based on the City's report.
