4/18/2024 (WNL) - Complainant contacted Will Little (JEFO Inspector) via telephone call on 4/17/2024 concerning an unlicensed pressure tank installation. An above ground tank was converted into a below ground discharge and buried tank (Pitless Adapter) at 256 Medina Hwy, Milan Tn. Well was discharging muddy water after the installation. The work was performed by an unlicensed installer, Blackmon Home Improvement.
