Complainant noted strong sewage odors.
JMF and MPM visited site on 2/21/19, area was completely flooded and no odor or other issue was noted at the time.
JMF and VDL visited on 2/27/19. Collected samples behind complainant's home, from a small tributary that seemed to contain wastewater solids, and from CARTW000.3WI for e coli. Results: 157 cfu, >24,000 cfu, 137 cfu respectively. Met operators with contractor and observed overflow location, noted significant quantity of solids on ground. Operator indicated a mechanical issue prevented pumps from operating at full capacity, had been corrected as of 0900 2/27/19, overflow stopped. Contractor has taped off and limed area, operators instructed to remove solids/debris from ground. Complainant notified of findings.
