Well drilling by property owner. Water pollution, cement is flowing into Tennessee State Waters of TVA Watauga Reservoir.
3/18/24 On March 18th 2024, Zac Porter and Franklin Colyer visited 283 Cable Hollow Rd and found the well head in question on the south west corner of home. Looked to be standard construction and no problem was found.
