Complaint Description and Writeup
JMF received forwarded complaint e-mail regarding a photographed overflow into Stewart's Creek on 2/8/18. Called chief operator at Smyrna STP, he would send crew to check for blockages downstream of the point.
Received e-mail from Wastewater Superintendent Leland Noble on 2/9/18 indicating that the city had approved money to install sealed manholes at the point in question and begin replacing pipes upstream of that point to mitigate I&I. JMF informed complainant of this on 2/12/18.
