Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
09-Feb-18 Complainant called with concerns of strong sewer odor in her building and in the area. she was aware of the recent line break and sewer overflow in the immediate area.***
09-Feb-18 I investigated area due to the recent overflow from a line break to ensure proper clean up had been done. Areas where overflows had occured were visited, no odor present at time of inspection. Areas had been cleaned at least 5 days prior and limed. I also visited complainants place of work (where she was noting the smell). I walked the building with the building director and did not smell any sewer smell. I met with the complainant and discussed my investigation with her. She said she felt better to know the status. MPM
