Complainant's email stated: "It was brought to my attention a few months ago of possible dumping of waste in our local community. I have attached a few pictures of my concerns. I am not sure if someone is dumping or not, As there is actually a little flow in the stream. However, there have been several reported accounts of trucks dumping some sort of waste in the trench that comes from this "lagoon or whatever this is"."
