Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
JTBe advised SKV Mr. Robert Sane reported that sewage had been overflowing into his yard and entering a creek since Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020. Mr. Sane further indicated someone told him to use the Baileyton Town Hall bathroom. SKV contacted Mr. Sane and he indicated Baileyton personnel were working on the problem. SKV advised Mr. Sane she would contact Mr. Danny Neely, Baileyton WWTP. Mr. Neely advised that the individual pump station serving Mr. Sane's residence had plumbing issues and would need a new E-1 pump station. Also he was not aware of the overflow on Sept. 13, 2020 or of Mr. Sane being advised to use the Town Hall bathroom. He indicated they advise people to use as little water as possible when a problem arises and they are working on another issue in the collection system. SKV informed Mr. Sane that Franklin Colyer, DWR-Johnson City EFO was coming to look at the site/creek. Mr. Neely called later and reported the sewer issue was repaired. Flow was observed by Baileyton personnel to be trickling from the pump station and not entering a drainage ditch. A written report will be sent reporting the overflow to the Johnson City EFO.
