Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
"The bank of the Cumberland River has eroded the bank and has caused the septic tank to be exposed. When the water is rising, it goes over the tank and then goes bank down causing the inside contents to become exposed. This makes whatever is in the tank to be released into the Cumberland."
