Fluids leaving this salvage yard. Inspection showed that that the facility has no SWPPP, has not been doing the quarterly stormwater inspections and annual CSCE inspections. Batteries were stored in the open uncovered, oil staining was observed on the ground near the maintenance area. NOV sent for violations.
