4/1/2024- RAB - RAB emailed PBA letter to company Ricketts Renovations LLC. Company responded that no one by name of Drew Ricketts worked there and they had never done any projects with Drew Rickets. Will attempt to locate a mailing address or email address for Drew Ricketts, Ricketts Remodeling & Services.
4/5/2024 - RAB - RAB unable to locate any email or mailing address for Drew Ricketts. Informed complainant that not able to proceed any further since there wasn't a way to mail the Please Be Advised (PBA) letter.
