Complaint Description and Writeup
DWR/KEFO received two complaint calls this morning 7-7-2015 regarding sewer overflows on a new sewer line over the last few days. One caller is Mr. Hamby whose contact info is listed above. The other call was from Mike Riggs next to Mr. Hamby. Riggs address is 1184 Main Street and his phone is 865-660-7791. I called Danny Phillips at Wartburg who informed me that the number one pump station has been problematic and that Wascon will be working on the pump station. Some valving will be installed tomorrow in order to divert 25% of flow away from pump station. Mr. Hamby said he would be meeting with Mayor Dagley at noon today regarding this matter.
