FYI: track hoe was onsite in 4500 block of Kelly’s Ferry Road 9 December. Pool in Black Creek at 4313 is clay color from recent rain. This problem is ongoing, site work at this 4500 project continues to dump silt with every rain. Who in county handles this complaint? It appears either that person is not holding contractor responsible or site work is not being done to standard.
