    Complaint Description and Writeup

    6/17/2024 - RAB reviewed driller's NOIs after reviewing Complaint # 132207. Sent PBA letter concerning Pending NOIs. Sent via email and also mailed certified mail.
    6/20/2023 - RAB had phone conversation with driller concerning this PBA, and the issues that were involved. RAB told driller that it appeared that all of the NOI fees were paid, but driller reports still needed to be submitted and driller tags needed to be put on the wells. Driller said he would submit driller reports asap and also check the wells that didn't have driller tags. He will send photos after he places the tags on the wells. RAB sent follow up email to driller after phone call with details of conversation.

    6/27/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted 3 driller reports for pending NOIs. Also submitted photos of driller tags on wells that didn't have tags previously. RAB reviewed reports and sent back to driller for corrections to well completion and water information. One tag could not be photographed as there was a locked gate and a no trespassing sign and owner could not be reached.

    7/1/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted corrections for driller reports.
