Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant sent a letter on behalf of the Harbor Town Community Association (letter uploaded) about trash in the Wolf River Harbor.
4/8/09: TRT talked to Scott Morgan, City of Memphis MS4 manager. City personnel conducted a partial clean up of trash from private property.
4/9/08: Complainant advisement referenced is to Skye Vickers, Harbor Town Community Association contact provided by complainant. TRT advised her about the city of Memphis clean up yesterday, and discussed with her the role of WPC in this matter. I also advised her I am continuing to explore options with Nashville personnel, and invited her to call anytime.
