Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
There was blasting adjacent to our property for a metro sewer project & all of the water has drained out of the creek, and I believe the underground spring was collapsed and a fissure was created. The creek is completely dry today and was knee deep on Tuesday. All of the minnows, Nashville crayfish (protected) and other fish are now dead. TDEC checked the conditions of the Misc. Trib. to Mill Creek and it was dry upgradient from the complainants property and around the construction sites. No fracturing in the channel was observed. Water loos is most likely related to regional drought conditions.
