    Complaint Description and Writeup

Complaint received by Chris Thompson, External Affairs from real estate agent Mark Jackson; forwarded to NRH, WPC, 8/9/12.

The property is located at the end of Ben Henderson Road, Dandridge, TN and it will appear on a Google Map. The intersection of Lake Breeze Road and Ben Henderson Road will put you at the gate entrance. The gate is unlocked at this time. Mark Jackson available to go with us if needed. Property owner Carol Muszick is living in Gatlinburg.

If you use a GPS in your car then put in this Lake Breeze Address: 102 Lake Breeze Drive, Dandridge, TN 37725

The smaller of the two ponds is clear. The larger pond as shown in photos and in Google is bright green yuk. Mr. Jackson has been marketing Ms. Muszick¿s property. However potential buyers have questioned the ¿green pond¿, given that the other pond on the property (100 yards away) is clear. His words were, ¿it¿s scaring them off¿.

As suggested by NRH, Chris explained to Mr. Jackson that given the dry weather we¿ve been having, we could make a better assessment regarding potential impact from runoff when we have wetter weather conditions. His response was that even with this dry weather, there is a continuous flow into the ¿green pond¿ from the neighboring property. He told NRH that the knob was shale and ww from Bush could be moving down then laterally toward the Muszick property.

NRH told Mr. Jackson that Woody Smith would be looking at the pond and Bush nozzles 01 and 02 upgradient of the pond and portions of Hall Branch on August 16, since we had received a call back from their env. coordinator that they would be spraying in that watershed that day.
