10/13/2023 - RAB - Review driller report with Driller Tag # D0121225. Noted that report indicated that driller had utilized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) casing in consolidated bedrock.
11/17/2023 - RAB - CRM Meeting held 11/6/2023. Driller states that he has started only using steel casing instead of PVC.
Concerning Well ID # 20212211, Driller Tag # D0121225, located at 185 Copperas Branch Rd, Leoma, TN. As discussed, the driller will:
• Send the well owner a certified advisement letter (cc: to DWR, Water Wells) making them aware that the well was not completed according to the rules for well completion and ask if they are having any trouble with the well.
• If they say that they are not having any trouble with the well, please ask them to give you a written statement that you can send to us to include with the file.
• If they are having problems with the well, you will arrange a time to go to the site so that you can determine the problem with the well.
11/27/2023 - RAB - Hand emailed RAB about contact with well owner. Original well owner no longer owner, and didn't know name of current owner.
11/28/2023 - RAB - RAB emailed Hand to give owner name found on TN Property Viewer website.
12/6/2023 - RAB - Hand mailed copy of Advisement letter they sent to the owners of the well.
