Complainant states that the facility receives vehicles and hazardous material containers in abundance on a daily basis that are not properly disposed of. There is not a proper drain and all these poisons are leaking directly in neighboring Creek. The vegetation is dead from property to Creek with oily fuel mixed water. It stinks and it's leaking back into city water supply
