Jesse Thompson (Wastewater Specialist/Sneedville WWTP contract operator) left voice mail for BBC on 2/1/2016 to report a sanitary sewer overflow at the main pump station located behind the WWTP near Greasy Rock Creek. Mr. Thompson reported that only one pump was in place in the station pending repairs on 2/5/2016.
