Dumping waste oil and paint solvent in the rear sewer drain behind the body shop. It is located at the entrance to the paint booth in the back of the building.

Went to the site and found the drain, behind collision center on the NE Corner of the property. I talked with Stephanie Watkins (Collision Center Manager). She told me that the drain was recently cleaned out by a company and they told her that drain goes to nowhere. I think that it may route to the catch basin closest to the building, I will be going there on Thursday to do a dye trace. I did not see any evidence of oil in the catch basin, but there was a pipe coming in in line with the drain. I did inform her that if this is indeed a storm drain that no materials would be allowed to be washed or dumped into it.

23-SEP-21 Dye trace concluded that the drain in question does route to MS4. I have talked with the Stephanie Watkins yesterday onsite about changing their practices. We will be sending and NON.
