12/16/2024 - RAB - Driller mailed in NOIs and NOI fees in December and they were received in December but NOIs were for wells drilled in September through December. Additionally, NOIs were flagged because the driller's license was expired due to not being renewed on 7/31/2024. Driller reports submitted last week were reviewed and missing information and indicate that there wells were not properly constructed.
