Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint: Complainant lives in Stonebridge Subdivision and is concerned over the lack of erosion control in place. He says after a rain event there is sometimes 2-3 inches of mud flowing into the neighboring properties. The construction company doing the work is Goodall Construction.*** MS4 inspected this site a few times in the past few months. They warranted additional follow-ups via in-person conversation, phone calls, and email reminders to help ensure erosion issues are being remedied. In mid-March they attempted to resolve issues by informing the site owner/developer that they would no longer be approving any new driveway permits until erosion problems were resolved. Improvements were made, but it appears more stringent measures are in order to help rectify the erosion control problems onsite. They issued the site owner/developer a Notice of Violation on Fri 5/20/16. They are requiring that the corrective actions listed within the NOV be fulfilled within one (1) week (deadline is Friday, 5/27/16).
