9/5/2023 - report that Lic 837 Timothy Dewayne Haynes has been drilling wells and not submitting NOIs or well reports. The last NOI received from him is March 15, 2022 and entered the NOI as admin.
The well Castleman called about is at 410 Hurt Loop, McEwen, TN Humphry’s County for A Matthew Gold and said there is no driller tag on the well.. Castleman is going to go investigate another well this week.
9/5/2023 - RWR searched the NOI database, found the NOI and associated report - they were filed under James Haynes' name rather than Timothy Haynes name - No Problem found - closing case
