Complaint stated that her water smelled like rotten fish, she is on city of Humboldt water. She has replaced the water filter in her refrigerator, but it has not helped with the issue. She contacted public works to get a water test done, but they sent her a well testing company who could not test her water, because she is on city water. She is looking to have her water tested.
