Description and Writeup
A letter dated February 23, 2024 was sent to Air Pollution Control (APC) Central Office. The letter was referred to Johnson City Environmental Field Office (JCEFO) Division of Water Resources (DWR) staff by JCEFO APC staff on February 28, 2024. In the letter, the complainant says "[t]he stench from the Bristol Wastewater Treatment plant at 579 Beaver Creek, Rd, Bluff City, TN is becoming intolerable."
