Spring on property that empties into UT to French Broad River is discharging sediment laden water. Quinn Cypher, with Knox Co. MS4, is owner of adjacent property and reported the issue. Quinn reached back out morning of 12/6 to notify that spring was no longer discharging sediment laden water, and the issue was resolved.
