Complaint Description and Writeup
Jonathan Linder (BAE Systems/HSAAP) called BBC on 28-OCT-19 to report an overflow of sanitary sewage from HSAAP Area A lift station 29A. Both pumps were not functional for unknown reasons which allowed sewage to back up and overflow the station wet well. No sewage was reported as reaching waters. Contaminated soil in the vicinity of the station will be excavated for disposal in the HSAAP Area B landfill. Both pumps had been returned to functional status by the time of initial report.
