someone tearing up a stream with a skid. The complainant stated that the stream and banks were being torn up and gravel was pushed into the creek to narrow it. Site was investigated by DWR and no evidence of stream or bank alteration was found, just the surrounding land has brush and understory cleaned/cut by a skid steer. The area is muddy and could use some stabilization.
