Good afternoon Leigh and John,
Please see the attached images of a complaint we received about a massive illegal dump/junk site in Cocke County.
This is off of HWY 321, near Parrottsville. I have attached a map with the affected area circled in blue.
These pictures do not include the worst areas. Pictures of the worst parts were not taken because the owners of the nearby property began following the photographer while carrying a shotgun.
The shotgun and menacing demeanor is why I have copied Sheriff Ball on this message.
