    Complaint Description and Writeup

    7/06/2023 - RAB - Scotty Sorrells (NEFO) was conducting a water well inspection, and he saw another well on the property. The well had no driller tag on the casing and there is not a NOI or driller report in the database. The homeowner, Brittany Stewart, said that the well had been drilled by Starks Drilling in October (2022) and it was a dry hole.
    07/X/2023 - Well owner completed questionnaire
    07/24/2023 - RWR Mailed NOV certified and uploaded to waterlog.
    07/28/2023 - RWR - NOV received by driller - response due date =14 days = August 11, decal should be on the well by this date and any other driller reports and NOI fees should be paid by this date.
    8/2/2023 - Received Driller Report with NOI and copy of NOV attached.
    8/11/2023 - RWR reviewed Driller Report for subject well at 525 Edenway Rd. - Report received, still need to verify tag on the well.
    9/7/2023 - RWR - Email sent to driller asking for photo of well casing with driller tag attached.
    9/11/2023 - RWR attempted to call cell number - VM not set up ; Left VM on office number.
    9/14/2023 - RWR received call from Mr. Starks report that he has placed the tag on the well.
