Mr. Steve Harsh, City of Johnson City reported a 1-22-18 overflow (basement backup) at 2702 Granbrook Dr., Johnson City. A written report will be sent to the Johnson City EFO. The written report received on 1-26-18 indicated the overflow went from 7:00-7:45 PM with an estimated volume of 50 gallons. The cause was due to roots. The following corrective actions were done: initial-"Opened Line," and follow up-"Cleaned Line." The disinfection type was "Lime."
