Marty hollowell owns 375 liberty rd camden tn. Benton county. He has a permit for a dump site. The problem is he does not have soil erosion safeguards in place. He is loosing a terrible amount of soil and its washing Into dry creek. Dry creek is polluted. The culvert on asbury rd that drains into cedar lake is nearly full and if we get a big rain it will washout. Please walk dry creek from cedar lake on asbury rd to the hollowell property and you will see what is happening. Marty hollowell needs to follow the rules and regulations like everyone else in tennessee
