Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Richard Palmer said his mother is having sewage problems again and the plumber told him it was caused by roots in the sewer main. A year ago he had the service line repaired to rid it of a low spot as Henning had asked him to. I told him I would investigate. I called the plumber, Darren Taylor (731-460-1310) who told me he had run a camera through the service line and found the roots. He said he told Mr. Palmer the new service line would not correct the problem but Mr. Palmer had him do the work anyway. 07/16/13 I left voice mail for Mr. Palmer letting him know that Ben, Rudy & I would be meeting with the new Mayor of Henning Thursday afternoon.
