Complaint Description and Writeup
Brad,
On January 21, 2015, I was informed of sewer on the ground by a person doing dozer work. He is clearing off several acre's close to the old lagoon, located on Oneil Lane. Our investigation led us to a manhole in a pine grove. We have dug up 80 to 90 feet of clay pipe that was inundated with roots and have replaced with plastic pipe. I have taken many pictures to verify this. It is hard to say how long this has been happening or how many gallons were spilled. There are no streams nearby and it did not get into the pond. After construction is finished and the rain ends this weekend, Monday we will disinfect the site.
