Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant states in email "They smelling up the whole town of Portland the poop smell will make you throw up its so bad it has to stop or disappear somehow before it gets in the air and contaminates everything including wildlife"
JMF investigated on 3/24/16, no significant odor originating at treatment plant. Surveyed complaint location, no noticeable odor at the time. Local resident indicated strong sewer smell occurs during large rains. Area is not a recurring overflow point. Attempted contact with complainant unsuccessfully, left two voicemails. Encouraged complainant to contact Portland Public Works department for future concerns.
