Jim Saunders (Jacobs Creek CCC WWTP operator) left voicemail for BBC on 02-MAR-20 to report sanitary sewage overflowing the WWTP the previous morning. Cold temperatures had contributed to reduced membrane bioreactor treatment capacity.
